30-Day Return Window

We want you and your cat to love your purchase! You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please note there is a $5 flat fee for return shipping.

Returns & Refunds

For a full refund:

Items must be unused and in original condition
Repackaged back securely for fragile items

For a partial refund:

Applies to used products within 30 days of receiving it
Partial refund amounts are determined case-by-case based on the item's condition and circumstances. We'll work with you to find a fair solution that makes sense for both parties.

Return Process

You can start your return here or go to Customer Support -> Track Order/Returns, log in, and click Request Return.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please give it up to 10 days for the refund to show up in your account.
