Processing Time

As a small business, we carefully package each order with love! Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday: Processed within 2-3 business days
  • Weekend orders: Processed starting the following Monday
  • Holiday processing times may vary

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. No international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account or using our "Track Your Order" page.

Delivery Notes

  • We're not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct - we cannot redirect packages once shipped

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at whiterose.products.ca@gmail.com with photos. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and send a replacement.

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (Black Friday through New Year), processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. We'll post updates on our homepage for any delays.
